Our designers are eager to start working on your custom art! To ensure we capture every detail from their wet nose to their fluffy ears, we need a little help from you:
Pet Portrait
✅ Clear, high-quality photo of your pet
✅ A front-facing shot where your pet's face is visible
✅ No filters, black and white photos
✅ Bright and clear photo taken in good conditions
❌ Photo is out of focus or very pixelated
❌ Photo shows the pet from the side with no visible face
❌ Photo has strong filters that hide the pet's true fur color
❌ Photo is too dark to clearly see the pet's face

Standard photos taken on your mobile phone are usually perfect. However, if you'd like to check the details, here are our recommendations
3D Lenticular Flip Artwork (Digital Prints)
- Recommended Resolution: 200 DPI for optimal print quality.
- File Format: PNG or JPEG.
Hand-Drawn Artwork
- Size Flexibility: No specific size requirement.
- Clarity: Ensure the photo is in focus, with clear visibility of facial features.
- Lighting: Good lighting is essential to capture fine details.
Helpful Reminders
- File Size: Ensure the file size is large enough to maintain quality; files under 10 KB may be insufficient.
