Returns & Refunds
Return Policy
Due to the highly personalized nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges. Every piece of artwork is custom-made just for you and cannot be resold.
However, if there is an issue with your order — such as damage during transit or an error on our part — please contact us at support@crystalcitizen.com within 7 days of receiving your item. We’re committed to making things right and will do our best to resolve the issue promptly. Please ensure the photo you upload meets our quality guidelines.
If your image is not suitable, our team will reach out to request a new one. We cannot guarantee a favorable result if the photo is low quality or does not follow our image recommendations.
Refunds
We offer custom-made products, and therefore we do not accept refunds unless there is a quality issue.
If you are not satisfied with the artwork after receiving the proof, we will provide unlimited free revisions until you are completely satisfied. No charges will be applied until you approve the final proof.
However, if after multiple revisions the artwork still does not meet your expectations, or if there is a quality issue, please contact our customer service team. If a quality issue or production error is confirmed, you can request a full refund (if you have already made a payment) — it's that simple!
Please note, we are unable to offer refunds under the following circumstances:
You have approved the proof and received the final artwork, but later changed your mind.
You no longer like or want the product due to personal reasons.
The artwork meets the quality standards, but you are dissatisfied due to personal preference.
Any subjective reasons not related to product quality or production errors.
